The Focused H.I.I.T programme is an all out calorie burning assault on fat loss. We use strength, Body weight and free weight training methods to burn calories in and out of the session.
The sessions are 50 minutes of intense exercise including suitable for moderate to advanced levels of fitness.
We run the Focused HIIT sessions in two formats:
1. Block Bookings
These sessions are not for the weak and test you to your breaking point. At Get Focused we take HIIT to the next level ensuring maximum weight loss gains and increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. We take no more than 8 people at a time and payment is pre-paid through PayPal.
6 Weeks (starts Monday 8th January)
Monday and Thursday 7-8pm
The sessions are block booked and often very busy so contact us to discuss availability or keep an eye on our Facebook page as spaces are advertised there.
We invite you to contact us and create your own group, whether friends, family or work colleagues or join one of our groups. The group option works out cheaper for everyone and is a great way to support and motivate each other.
