The Transformation Studio is currently operating out of a small, private location in Upham, Nr. Southampton.
The Get Focused Body Transformation Studio has been exclusively developed for personal training clients only. Founder James Kennedy wanted to create a experience where you feel like it’s your Gym for the time you are there. Play your own music or train in silence, we literally tailor the whole experience.

At Get Focused we work in partnership with Time4Nutrition.
Time4Nutrition only use premium quality ingredients to bring the most cutting edge formulas so you achieve the best results. The Research & Development Department is continuously working with universities throughout the UK in order to constantly develop new products and enhance current formulations. They also understand the importance of having products tasting the best they possibly can without compromising on specification so work closely with a flavour house in Italy to create flavours that are truly irresistible. Product include:

Group Training Studio
At Get Focused we pride ourselves in offering the best services when it comes to health and Fitness. Our group training sessions are no exception.
Rather than packing in the masses to classes we only offer small group focused sessions. This enables our clients to achieve similar results as Personal Training but at a lesser cost and in a private environment.
You can form your own group with friends, work colleagues or family members or join one of our established groups.

Changing Facilities
At The Get Focused Body Transformation Studio we offer newly refurbished private changing and shower facilities. We want you to feel at home and for the time you're here it’s your Gym.
To enhance this experience we have fully fitted out our changing facilities with everything you need to get ready for the day or evening.
