The Focused Core programme has been designed to improve functional strength and over body tone. Using TRX, Body weight and free weight training this workout is suitable for anyone looking to improve performance.
We run the Focused Core sessions in two formats:
1. Block Bookings
This group training programme will improve posture awareness, alignment, stronger lower back, improved functional strength for sport, improved overall performance and helps prevent against injuries. We take no more than 8 people at a time and payment is pre-paid through PayPal.
6 Weeks (starts Friday January 9th)
The sessions are block booked and often very busy so contact us to discuss availability or keep an eye on our Facebook page as spaces are advertised there.
We invite you to contact us and create your own group, whether friends, family or work colleagues or join one of our groups. The group option works out cheaper for everyone and is a great way to support and motivate each other.
